** Please note that the pool will be undergoing renovations from April to June. The pool will be open during this time. But there is potential for noise and workers present outside our bedrooms windows during this time.**
We love our place in all seasons, with its amazing pool and hot tub, and easy access to hiking, biking, skiing, and the shops, pubs and grub in and around Canmore! Great family unit. Located near the hub, with amenities within walking distance. Wake up with your coffee supplied by local Eclipse Coffee, and smell the fresh scents of our Rocky Mountain Soap Company soaps and shower products.
*To respect our cleaner’s and arriving guests’ schedules, please do not request early check ins and/or late check outs and be mindful of the check in (4:00pm) and check out (11:00am) times.
**We will charge an additional cleaning fee for stays of 10 days and longer.
**We are not responsible for items left behind in the unit. We will not mail or ship any forgotten item.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you purchased Bear Spray, DO NOT LEAVE IT IN THE UNIT. You will be charged $125 for us to dispose of it and you could be liable for improper use.
The thermostat must be left on. When heating the unit never above 24 degrees and never below 20 degrees when cooling it.
If you used the pullout couch, strip the sheets, before folding it back. Leave the sheets out for our cleaners to launder. Do not return the sheets to the bed bag.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a great stay, check-in process was so easy and having an underground parking stall was fantastic.
The apartment had everything we needed and our 7 year old loved the pool. We especially loved the location, being only a short walk into town.

Clean, and very well supplied but a little dated and worn. Awesome Waterslide and kiddie pool but cold temps. Overall a good place but wish the views were a bit better
You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into this property. It literally had everything we needed and more. The restaurant down below was a perfect walk in case we didn’t want to cook. And the kids loved the swimming pool area. We would definitely stay here again.
The place was exactly as advertised. The pool is great (although the water slide was a bit fast for our shy little one), and the indoor/outdoor hot tub is great on a chilly day. We love going across the street for bagels in the morning, and like that you can walk almost anywhere from the unit. Tv took a bit of fiddling with to get it connected, but we figured it out. It would have been nice to have a tv in the primary bedroom. Great stay and we will be back!
Just got back. Great unit easy to get around. Parking was great. I have a truck so sometimes it’s an issue, but not here. It’s lively complex big kids pool so the pool area is busy. Restaurant in the complex was good. Thanks for sharing your unit. Mike
We had a fabulous vacation with my parents. It was their dream to visit the Rockies in Banff. You helped realize their dream. The condo was fully stocked with a lot of extras ( salt, pepper, spices, coffee, filters, foil, ziploc bags, games, books, movies…) The communication with Mari was also very easy and fast. Thanks a lot !

Very clean, had great amenities- coffee, nice shower products, good communication with the owner.
Clean room, comfortable beds, great location for walking access to downtown and riverside. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub were the favourites for the whole family.
The perfect spot for a weekend away! The place was clean, everything was as expected based on the listing. So convenient to downtown Canmore! 100% would stay here again.
Canmore is a cute little town and we used it as a home base to explore Banff and Lake Louise. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and more, and we fit our family of 5 no problem. Owner very responsive to questions. We would come back!
