This first floor unit was perfect for our family of five trip with grandpa. Checking was easy via messages and email giving us the entry code to the building, parking, and unit. The owner was very responsive and helpful (helped guide us to the parking area for these units).
Once in, we found the unit very well appointed and it had everything we needed for our four night stay. There are two bedrooms with a large queen sized bed in each. Two full bathrooms and a washer dryer In the closet. We used the kitchen mainly for making breakfast as we were out exploring Banff until sunset (9:30pm).
Although the unit sleeps six, for a longer stay would recommend to keep it to four people since the third bed is a sleeper sofa bed in the living room.
Location is just on the outskirts of the downtown Canmore shops and restaurants, has easy access to the freeway and is only a 25 min drive to downtown Banff.
Place was as advertised. Comfy beds (hide a bed not so much) and pillows. Kitchen had enough things for us to cook Thanksgiving supper. Good quality TV. No view of the mountains but that was expected. Property is nice. Prefer outdoor pool/hot tub but the ones here were good.
We came from Manitoba to host our daughter's wedding in Canmore.. This place was ideal as it had a kitchenette where we could prepare some food. We had a first floor apartment which was also ideal for loading and unloading at the deck. If I were to come back to this place I would prefer a room that was higher up or further from the garbage bin parade every morning. That was the only thing that was a downside. We had indoor parking which was also lovely.

Liked: Check-in, communication
Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
Will find another property next time.
Check in and communication with owner was good. But will not rent again. Glassware was dirty.Listing doesn’t mention the fact that the unit has a view of the garage entrance and spa entrance where work crews park their trucks. The area was noisy due to the traffic. Had work crews parked outside the bedroom window with the truck idling while they smoked. Had to close the windows due to the smell of diesel and cigarette smoke. In addition the owner requested access while our group was trying to get ready for a wedding so they could drop off supplies when it was convenient for them. To top it off they claimed we damaged 3 set sheets and towels with what appears to be something left in the washing machine when they washed the linens. Look for other options.
