"I told the staffs the heater in my room wasn’t working. They barely dealt with my request. I asked a few times. All of them didn’t care. So at night. It was freezing in my room. Not gonna stay back to this hotel. "

"It was nice,pool didn’t work but it wasn’t matter for me maybe for my kids,but we were going to fly,so we just stayed for one night not for two as planned because our flight was delayed and I chose to fly early for any case"

"The staff was kind and understanding, especially when i accidentally spilled some coffee on the sheet when trying to change the trash. The room was tidy, though if I am honest, they need some upkeep. You can see paint peeling and structural damage peeling between the ceiling and walls. There was also water left over in the tub and the toilet seat was broken with what I assume to be pink mold or just deterioration mixed with i don't want to know what. Other than that, the place was clean and adequate for a short duration stay!"

"Great rate for a great location if you are shopping at Vaughan Mill. Many restaurant choices within short distance to this location. It’s not our first time here that’s why we returned."
