Just 15 minutes from Lake Bolsena and 20 km from the sea (which has an excellent beach for surfing), we welcome you to our beautiful 4-hectare estate, nestled amid breathtaking views of green hills and olive groves. A place where you can completely recharge. Our country home is located in Canino, in the Maremma region of Lazio, on the border with Umbria and Tuscany. Canino lies between Lake Bolsena and the sea and is known as the “City of Olive Oil.” Canino’s historic center is well worth a visit.

The house features 6 stylishly furnished bedrooms. The largest bedroom features a separate bathtub and sink. The rest of the house includes 3 additional spacious bathrooms with showers and toilets. Our farmhouse can comfortably accommodate 12 guests. The largest bedroom opens onto an extra-large terrace where you can enjoy a delicious aperitif at sunset.

A swimming pool with a view of the endless olive groves is at your disposal. The entire house has a timeless, bohemian atmosphere and décor. The common areas are located on the first floor. Here you’ll find a fully equipped open kitchen and an elegantly furnished living room, with ample seating for the whole family, wooden furniture, and a flat-screen TV. Behind the living room is the beautiful veranda.
