O quarto estava limpo, tv funcionando, o chuveiro esquentou bem e as camas ok. Senti a falta de sabonetes para o banho. Os recepcionistas foram gentis, tanto o da noite, quanto a da manhã. O café da manhã é simples, mas bom, só achei que os sucos pelo menos poderiam ser naturais. Estacionamento, gratuito, mas se não tiver vaga, pode colocar na rua, é bem tranquilo e seguro.

Pousada acolhedora.

O hotel é simples, mas atendeu bem o perfil da minha família. Passamos 5 dias e não tenho motivos para reclamar. O atendimento da recepção é muito boa, o pessoal é bem prestativo. O café da manhã é bem simples, porém já esperava pelo valor da diária. Só senti falta de secador de cabelo. Quando precisei peguei na recepção, mas o que estava disponível era um secador pequeno e fraco. Por conta do frio não dava para sair com o cabelo molhado. O quatto tem ar condicionado inverter, o que ajudou bastante no frio. Voltaria com certeza.

O local em si é afastado, porém bonito e limpo, necessita atenção as vagas de estacionamento, pois são poucas. Ótimo atendimento e limpeza. Dias de frio e que impossível se acomodar com conforto. Na data já estava frio, o Calefator não funciona, ou não foi ligado e chuveiro elétrico na serra é complicado. Café da manhã fraco... Básico do básico

Pontos positivos: café da manhã muito bom e variado, quarto limpo e roupa de cama nova Pontos negativos: O quarto tinha um buraco no gesso em cima da cama, no teto, e nele dava para ver um encanamento em que cada vez que o andar de cima usava o banheiro tínhamos a impressão que iria cair tudo na nossa cabeça de tão forte que era o barulho. As janelas tem apenas vidro e uma cortina fina, o chão é frio e não há tapete, em temperaturas mais baixas não recomendo, pois também não há ar condicionado. OUtro ponto foi que a pousada trocou de nome e não é o nome que aparece no Hoteis.com, esse nome Flor de Mel o google envia para outro endereço, o proprietário deve ser notificado, pois não me senti segura em um local com nome diferente.
