"Très déçus car on nous a facturé le petit déjeuner pour 2 avant que nous arrivions à l’hôtel alors que nous ne les avions jamais réservé et pas pris, nous avons même envoyé un sms pour le confirmer lorsqu’une personne de l’établissement nous l’a demandé.
