Come and appreciate the modern decoration and the comfort of this beautiful 33 m² duplex apartment in Cancalais, which was recently completely renovated! Located in a quiet and pleasant area, you will be just a stone's throw from the amenities and the sea! Discover the riches of the Emerald Coast, walk along the port of La Houle and taste oysters facing the sea!
After a busy day, return to your pied-à-terre with a bright living room with a lounge and dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a bedroom accessible by a spiral staircase. Sheets and towels provided, we are waiting for you!

The duplex :
The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:
- A large, bright living room with a sitting area with a double sofa bed and a TV, and a dining area with a table for up to 4 guests.
- A modern kitchenette, open to the living room and equipped with fridge, induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery...
- A bathroom with an Italian shower, a washbasin, a heated towel rail, a hair dryer and a toilet.

On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm).
- A cloakroom.

- Beach of Cancale located at 100m (2 min walk)
- Oyster market located at 400 m (5 min walk)
- Pointe du Grouin 5 km away (11 min by car)
- Grand Aquarium 18 km away (21 min drive)

- Visit the village centre of Cancale.

Wäre cool, das vorher zu wissen. Ansonsten war die Wohnung toll (Einrichtung, Lage, Ausstattung) und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Emplacement parfait dans Cancale, avec possibilité de se garer sur des places temporaires à 50 m du logement et de se garer ensuite au parking du port situé plus haut et accessible à pied via un chemin piétonnier adapté. En revanche, l’absence de rideaux dans la pièces de vie empêche toute intimité, malgré les messages de nombreux voyageurs. La chambre est petite en étage et rend difficile les longs séjours lorsque nous avons une grosse valise."
