Just completed in a quiet area overlooking Port-Mer, the house Les Flots de Port-Mer in Cancale will welcome couples, families with children or couples of friends.
Only 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, protected from the wind, you will appreciate the relaxation offered, the diversity of activities proposed by the nautical center of Cancale and its sea view restaurants. It is also an ideal location to visit Cancale and the region, with Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Mont-Saint-Michel nearby.
The house is designed to be welcoming, warm and comfortable, both in terms of its facilities and the services offered : welcome gift, private parking, 70m² garden, large bright living room, large bedding, internet included, bed linen/clothes/home linen. And on request, grocery delivery, breakfast, baby care, etc.
The house for 2-4 persons is composed of :
Ground floor :
The living room is airy and bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with television, and a living area.

On the first floor :
-1 shower room with bath and toilets.
- 2 independent bedrooms : one for 2 people (queen size bed 160x200 cm) with wardrobe and desk space (ideal for teleworking), the other for 2 people (2 beds 90x200 or 1 bed 180x200 cm). Baby bed available.
Outside :
Garden of 70m² with terrace and garden furniture for 4 people, deckchairs, plancha and games.
Private parking a few meters from the rental.
Sea access at 3 minutes on foot.
Equipment and services :
TV, washing machine, dishwasher, combined freezer.
Internet included.
Baby equipment is available. Beach games kit for children.
Bed linen, towels and household linen are extra. Beds made on arrival.
