This house was great.The location was good - a few minutes from a small town (shops etc), and about 20 minutes from Lake Bracciano, which had lots of things to do. Also an hour from Rome, either by car, or by a very good train service from the nearby town.The area was peaceful, and very secure and safe.The house itself was spacious and clean. Fantastic air con in all the bedrooms, and also the kitchen/dining/sitting area. The house was well kitted out with linen, towels, kitchen stuff, everything you’d need really.The grounds are beautiful - huge garden with lots of trees, including peach and plum trees with delicious fruit to eat.The pool was big and well maintained.The owner was very helpful, responded immediately to text messages, and was very informative. I would thoroughly recommend this property.I travelled with my partner and teenage kids, and it was perfect for us.

Dejligt hus der dog godt kunne trænge til en opfriskning ret slidt, stor og helt lukket grund og dejlig stor pool, meget lille spisebord udenfor og ikke rigtig plads til mere end 4 person som der også kun er stole til men senge til 6 det var lidt upraktisk da vi var 5 afsted, men generelt er rigtig fint hus dog langt fra alt og ikke de bedste veje

Leider war die Unterkunft nur auf den ersten Blick sauber. Insbesondere mit krabbelndem Kind, hat man dies sehr schnell gemerkt. Außenanlage ein absoluter Traum. Terrassenbereich rund ums Haus war aber nicht sehr gepflegt bzw noch nicht für den Sommer hergerichtet. Blumenkübel nicht bepflanzt, Fliesen vermoost etc. Großes Manko - keine Deutschen Fernsehsender, obwohl das Haus auf mehreren deutschen Suchseiten platziert wurde.
