"It was a great place to stay, lots of room and great location"

"Kitchen was fully equipped, however the cleanliness was unsatisfactory since there was a dead wasp on the bed when we came, dusty and had to request for a cleaning staff to sweep the crumbs on the floor when we checked in. "

"It is a quaint cottage very basic but over priced. Not much light. Outside a nice setup to sit there. They offer no cable and the Roku streaming was not working. To her credit the woman from the front counter came immediately and entered her info to get it working for us, however still we were unable to access even guest access to YouTube without signing in to our own account. Quaint and charming, great service, just over priced in my opinion"

"I am a long time fan of Fairmont over20 years, but never experienced such extremely poor Wi-Fi connections during our entire four days stay(5/13-5/17), internet access was slow and unstable in room and in public areas, which made it very difficult to plan activities during the trip. Reliable wifi is essential nowadays, especially when trying to plan activities, communications, or work during a trip. Unfortunately this became my major frustrations throughout our four nights stays in this trip."
