「There’s no way anyone can complain great location easy to find extremely friendly service ( for real with a smile) the price was great I can’t find anything wrong I wanted to stay one more day but home called 」

「Even though there was a hockey tournament, the staff handled everything so that there were no interruptions or problems for other guests I have had very bad experiences at an Oshawa location where the hotel was overrun with screaming children that were unsupervised. This was also a hockey tournament and it made my stay a nightmare. The Whitby location had superior rooms and the staff were excellent!!!」

「I stayed for one night and had a good overall experience. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It is perfect for a short stay. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was comfortable. I’d definitely consider staying here again. 」

「We stayed at Our Valley View Bed & Breakfast for two nights over the Civic holiday long weekend and it was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The room was spotless, with a comfortable queen bed and rustic decor. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged. The homemade breakfasts were a highlight — freshly baked muffins, fruit from the garden, delicious farm fresh eggs, fresh brewed coffee, toast and raw honey from their own bee hives and local apple...

「最初に入った部屋のテレビが映らず、フロント係の女性に「同行の子どもがHockey Night in Canadaを楽しみにしていたんだけど・・・」と言ったところ、「それは大変！」と即座にテレビのチェックに来て、状況が改善しないことが分かると快く隣に部屋を変えてくれた。Hockey Night in Canadaにチャンネルを合わせてスタンバイしてくれたのみならず、「これでも飲みながら見てください」とコーラ２本の差入れまで。。臨機応変な気の利いたサービスは10日間の旅程の中でも印象深いことだった。朝食も良かった。あまり泊まる機会のないロケーションだが、また訪れてみたいと感じた。」

「I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. When I checked in, they were nice enough to upgrade my room because the one I had on hold by the time I got to the hotel was gone. My only complaint would be that the food in the casino food court was not great. I was expecting a sit down restaurant somewhere maybe there was one, but I couldn't find it. Overall, the room was fantastic.」

「After a long day it was nice to have such a friendly front desk attendant. She made checking in painless, explained where everything was. They’re also pet friendly… and I don’t mean you’re booked in to a room with stained carpets and a worn duvet as I’ve run into at other places…The room was spotless. The A/C worked just like an a/c unit should. The breakfast menu provided enough options to cover all preferences and restrictions. 」
