「Riverside Suites is a very pleasant surprise. Located above a convenience store on a corner in Grand Falls, it is in fact four units that are modern, hi tech, inviting and comfortable. Don’t be put off by the exterior.」

「2階のキッチンはなべやフライパンなどの調理器具はだいたい揃っていたが、ナイフが2本あるだけでフォークとスプーンは無かった。割り箸とスプーンを持って行ったのは正解でした。
ストーブは４つのうち左手前と右奥はまったく加熱できなかった。
205の部屋のコーヒーメーカーはずっと待っていても中でお湯が沸いているだけで、コーヒーは１滴も出てこなかった。
205のデスクランプはスイッチオンで激しく点滅し、使い物にならなかった。
205のテレビは地上波放送を観ようと思ってもアンテナと繋がっていないというメッセージが表示された。
205の隣のトイレのフラッシュレバーは外れそうで、水を流すのにコツがいる。
また、トイレットペーパーを引っ掛けておくパイプの壁への取り付けが悪く、グラグラ状態でペーパーロールが床に落ちた。
シャワーはお湯が出るまで５分以上かかり、やっと出ても水温が安定せず、途中で冷たくなることが度々あった。」

「The studio was perfect and in a convenient location. Th e host was communicative and check in and check out was clear and easy.
The only downside to the stay, which the host has no control over, is that they were tearing up the street directly in front of the unit and it was very loud at times. I would hope for the sake of everyone that the work will be finished soon and everything will be perfect again.」

「The location is perfect walking distance to multiple T stops and to most everything you could want to do in Boston. The place was comfortable and nice. Safe. The bathroom could use a deep clean that would be my only critique, soaps were watered down and the shower floor didn't look well scrubbed. Outside of this my husband and I had a wonderful time check in and communication were easy. Would stay again.」

「Propreté impeccable endroit calme , vue sur le fleuve de toute beauté au coucher du soleil, commodités très pratiques et restaurants, dépanneur à proximité.
Seul commentaire à améliorer nous aurions apprécié un lit queen au lieu d’un lit double.
