Welcome to The Onyx. Designed for couples seeking reconnection, honeymoon bliss, or a much-needed getaway.

Sip your morning coffee on the balcony as the sun rises above the treetops. After a day of adventure in the Gorge, watch the sky turn gold at sunset in the hot tub, or relax fireside with a glass of wine.

Every detail—from the king suite and forest-view shower to the record player and swing bed—was crafted for intimacy, relaxation, and lasting memories.


Access:

Guests have full access to the cabin and all outdoor amenities. The only exception is one locked owner’s closet.

Trip Insurance: Highly recommended. We strictly follow our cancellation policy.

Check-In/Out: 4:00 PM check-in; 10:00 AM check-out. Cleaning requires us to keep these firm on same day turnovers.

Early Check-In/Out: Available for purchase after booking.

Private Home: This is not a hotel. Please treat it with respect. We’ll respond quickly if issues arise, but no one is on-site 24/7.

Weather Access: 2WD friendly in normal conditions; AWD/4x4 may be required in snow/ice.

  • This is sky bridge. The most massive arch in Red River. it spans over a hundred feet and about 50 feet in the air. Probably the most famous arch in Red River, it has been seen in movies. Many astro-photographers flock here because of it's structure and clear skyline. If you get a chance, the trail is only .8 miles and very much worth it. You first walk across the top of the arch, it is so big that you are halfway across before you notice your not just on a narrow rock path. then you circle around to be under the arch.

Serene Getaway

We've visited this gorgeous property during two different seasons now and we're looking forward to visiting again for the other two seasons! Gorgeous views while you relax in the sauna, hot tub or front porch swing. Very attentive hosts, thanks Tyler & Jen!
