Welcome to Hillside Loft Cabin just minutes from downtown Campton, KY! Hillside Loft is tucked away in the trees so you can feel secluded but stay near town. Relax and listen to the sounds of nature on the covered porch. Head over to the hot tub for a soak while gazing up at the stars. Hillside Loft Cabin is the perfect retreat for couples. If you would like to venture out of your cozy space, Natural Bridge State Park and the famous Nada Tunnel are only a 20-minute drive away.

- Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen (standard coffee maker, microwave, oven), hot tub, California king bed (new mattress as of August 2023), Direct TV, HVAC, washer/dryer, covered deck with outdoor furniture, charcoal grill and more!

- One full bathroom
- We provide fresh linens and towels. We also include essential starter packs to make your stay easier! (Starter packs include: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, 3 shampoos and conditioners, 3 bar soaps, 3 laundry pods, 3 trash bags, and 1 sponge.)
- Please note that a 4-wheel drive is strongly recommended. The cabin is located up a steep hill. Limited parking; vehicles exceeding 2 please park at the local park and ride and carpool to the cabin. Trailers prohibited.
- Prime Red River Gorge location - Close to hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lines, sight-seeing, restaurants, and much more.
- Larger groups? This cabin is located on a private drive within walking distance of four other cabins; Hidden Chalet, Eclectic Hillside Cabin, Whispering Winds and Sunrise Cabin.

Many astro-photographers flock here because of it's structure and clear skyline. If you get a chance, the trail is only .8 miles and very much worth it. You first walk across the top of the arch, it is so big that you are halfway across before you notice your not just on a narrow rock path. then you circle around to be under the arch.

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin is adorable, the bed is nice and comfy. We loved the hot tub and the location as well. Could use a couple little updates (living room furniture) and it would have been nice to have a few more basic items in the kitchen, such as salt and pepper. Overall, it was great. Cabin had everything we needed. Very clean. Was not very far from attractions and good places to hike. The other cabins on the private drive are spaced out enough, that you feel secluded and have your own space.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was nice and clean, very cozy. It was also nice having dishes and laundry equipment for our stay. Only thing that was difficult is the driveway, it looks very intimidating.

A Beautiful Cabin in the Woods!

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Hillside Loft. The hot tub was wonderful. The wooded area is beautiful! There’s 3 or 4 other cabins on the private drive but the privacy is decent. We enjoyed the California king bed in the loft and sleeping with the windows open. Could use a few more curtain in the living room for greater privacy. It was a wonderful stay! :)

Hillside loft

The cabin was very clean and the drive up Ethan Lane is a steep one! It was a perfect get away for us, we enjoyed the hot tub and the quietness of nature as well as an occasional hound dog in the distance. Questions were quickly answered, communication was excellent. The area is full of outdoor things to do, and close to Loretta Lynn’s home place. Definitely recommend this spot and management company for future visits!

Cabin rental

The cabin was just as pictured and it was great! Of note a few items that would have been helpful to know: the drive up to the house is very steep and there is a big pot hole in the middle of the road so my little civic was battling, there were no extra blankets on the property other than the ones on the bed which would have been fine if we came in June but we came in January and the thermostat couldn’t get above 67 and there was a draft along with a window being left open prior to arrival. Also, if you go bring your own coffee for the coffee pot as I was surprised to see no coffee either. Otherwise the place was gorgeous l, affordable, and we loved the hot tub!

Nice Stay!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this cabin and feel the description was accurate. One detail they did not mention in the description was the shower/tub. It's cracking in a couple spots along the and didn't give a super clean vibe because of due to that. I always wonder what's coming out of the cracks... i.e. bacteria/etc. In all fairness, they didn't claim anything regarding the shower and did cover the bottom with a squishy non slip mat. But those always seem unsanitary to me. Positive notes: Everything else! The bed was very comfy and large, the space was very cozy, the hot tub was great, the location was great. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice house but it could use a few things.

The house looks just like the pictures. There were a few things that could use a more thorough inspection eye. The lockbox the key is in was very difficult to get open, it seemed like it was sticking some. Over all the house was pretty clean minus a few cobwebs. There were light bulbs out between the inside of the house and the exterior. I would suggest removing the bathmat in the tub as they cannot be cleaned throughly between guests. We wanted to use the hot tub but when we opened the lid it only smelled like the mildew that was growing on the inside of the cover and did not smell like chlorine at all. With a few small changes this place would be amazing!
