Atendimento excelente, pessoas muito receptivas! O hotel é simples porém super bem cuidado, limpo e bem localizado. Na recepção tivemos um problema com Hoteis.com que pela segunda vez não enviou nossa reserva ao hotel. Graças a Deus não é alta temporada e a recepcionista do hotel teve um super carinho em resolver.

Hotel super aconchegante e próximo a praça Capivari. Os funcionários são um show a parte! As meninas são muito atenciosas e nos ajudaram até a conseguir táxi. Todos extremamente solícitos. O café da manhã é bem gostoso, com vários doces saborosos. O quarto tem um aquecedor ótimo! Chuveiro e torneira com água bem quentinha. A cama e as cobertas são uma delícia! Me senti em casa de tão acolhida que fui. Ótima opção pra casal! Certamente voltaremos!

Mudou a direção, o nível dispencou

O hotel, apesar de extremamente simples, costumava ser ótimo. No entanto, com a aposentadoria do antigo gerente, Sr.Rubens, o hotel perdeu todo o seu encanto. Não há mais a menor preocupação com a fidelização dos hóspedes. O tratamento por parte do novo comando do hotel é mais frio que o inverno mais gelado de Campos do Jordão, o que faz com que o hotel agora passe a ser simplesmente uma pousada sem o menor encanto com o preço de um hotel de ponta. Obs: Até mesmo o café da manhã que era outro ponto forte está péssimo.

Perdi uma noite numa cama dura até o dia seguinte, após muita insistência conseguir mudar de quarto, detalhe: o hotel estava vazio. É a segunda vez que vou e a experiência foi decepcionante. Na primeira ficamos numa “ala” reformada do hotel, já nessa fomos colocado em péssimas acomodações, haja vista, o valor da diária que não é barata. Ponto bom: café da manhã.

Adorei Hospedagem

O hotel é agradável, limpo e o café da manhã muito bom, porém a localização se dá somente com informações ou GPS. Pena que o endereço no site esteja trocando o "Z" por "S", o que prejudica a localização da rua no GPS.

O pessoal é simpático e acolhedor. O quarto limpo. Voltaria com a família, mas recomendaria cuidado para aquelas famílias com pessoas mais idosas pois, pelo menos na parte mais ao fundo onde fiquei, não existe elevador.
