O quarto é o banheiro são muito pequenos, a pintura é conservação estão pessimos. O colchão deixa a desejar. O ponto positivo é o café da manhã e o restaurante. O atendimento também é muito bom.

Pode melhorar.

Localização muito boa. Próx da passarela para a basílica. Recepção ruim. Não se pode pagar o consumo antes de entregar a chave. Somente uma chave por quarto. Travesseiro ruim. Cobertor fino. É como uma manta. Não foi higienizado antes do nosso check in ( cabelo de outros hóspedes no cobertor). Vista do quarto 318 incrível Não tem cadeira , nem no quarto , nem na sacada. Somente uma toalha de rosto por quarto. Fila horrorosa para o buffet do jantar, por falta de orientação por parte dos funcionários. Comida fria. Polenta frita GELADA , como se tivesse sido frita no dia anterior e guardada na geladeira. Reposição ruim. Saladas frias , como alface, pepino,cenoura, beterraba, poderiam ser colocadas em travessas menores e serem repostas, para evitar o aspecto de " comida revirada". Água filtrada à vontade para os hóspedes.

O hotel logo de início pediu pra mim chegar às 17 hrs para checkin sendo que era às 14 hrs , eu cheguei ao hotel às 15:30 as 16 liberado pra no checkout eu finalizei as 12:30 e quando usando eu pedi apenas para ficar na garagem por mais 10 minutos até as 12:50 falou que não dava ou seja Hotel só pede só vejam o lado deles

Visita ao Santuário de Aparecida.

Apto casal com pouco conforto, cama estreita para duas pessoas, o quarto é tão pequeno que uma das laterais da cama fica praticamente encostada na parede, o banheiro é minúsculo, quem estiver utilizando o vaso sanitário precisa ficar inclinado para a direita pois o ombro bate na pia do lavatório. Se quiser sentar tem que ser na cama pois não tem nenhuma cadeira para isso. Tomada elétrica disponível só tem uma que ainda fica escodida na parte baixa da cabeceira da cama e uma outra no banheiro. Café da manhã sofrível. Jantar comida razoável, porém os pratos supostamente quentes invariávelmente a comida está fria. O elogio fica para o atendimento dos funcionários que é sempre como muita cortesia.

Hotel bem localizado, limpo e bom restaurante.

Os dois dias que permanecemos no hotel atenderam as expectativas, os pontos que destaco são: Localização: próximo à Basilica antiga e a passarela de acesso à Basílica nova, diversas lojas de artigos religiosos nas imedições, ideal para pessoas com certa limitação de locomoção, ( minha mãe tem 80 anos e fez todos os passeios sem problemas). Restaurante e refeições de boa qualidade. O ponto negativo é a parte do estacionamento incluido no preço da diária, bem apertado e não possui nenhum controle sobre as chaves dos carros ali estacionados. As chaves são armazenadas em um caixa sem qualquer identificação de quarto ou hospede, o cliente que identifica a sua chave e sai sem nenhum controle.
