The employees are well trained and get out problems quickly and in my case, the room was flooded due to an operational error by the guest in the neighboring room and asap changed the room! The meals and breakfast are excellents with a variety of proteins and desserts with fruits and sweets. Room and accessories in good condition and hotel well located for religious tourism.

O quarto é confortável, mas o banheiro é apertado. Box Ok e chuveiro bom. Os funcionários são solícitos e prontos para atender. O café da manhã é completo, mas sem luxo. Bem próximo da Basílica, fomos a pé. Os 2 elevadores (um de 5 passageiros e um de 3 passageiros) não são suficientes para a quantidade de quartos/hóspedes. Tem água, café e chá disponíveis o dia todo.

Hotel mediano.

O local é bem mediano. Não é excelência de conforto, pois os quartos e banheiros são bem pequenos. A limpeza também é mediana. Lençois limpos, mas com algumas manchas. Fiquei com receio de usar o cobertor. Café da manhã bem mediano também, algumas comidas são gostosas, mas em contra-partida, fiquei com nojo de usar a sanduicheira e algumas louças "limpas" estavam sujas. Manobristas também bem medianos, confusos, perdidos e estacionamentos muito pequenos. Ficamos mais de 15 minutos esperando tirar um carro que estava estacionado atrás do nosso. Outro casal, teve o carro batido porque estacionaram muito perto de outro carro. Irei procurar outro hotel na próxima vez que for em Aparecida.
