Ideal for children to play safely, enjoying outdoor breakfasts, or quiet evenings with friends. Pet-friendly (please always request availability; the garden is not completely fenced), because your four-legged friend is welcome too!

- NOT INCLUDED: Tourist tax € 1.50 per person per night;
- EXTRAS AND UPON REQUEST: Bed and bath linen kit €15.00 per person (without change): Bath mat, face towel, bidet towel, shower towel, pillowcase, sheets, dishcloth; Baby crib € 20.00 (available upon reservation and subject to availability);
- Pets, if allowed, are subject to a € 50.00 supplement.
- A € 100.00 security deposit will be required and will be refunded at the end of your stay if no damage is found.

🌊 Location: In the Campofelice di Roccella area, our residential complex is surrounded by greenery and is quiet yet close to everything: with flip-flops and a beach towel, a pleasant 250-meter walk will take you directly to the beach. We are also about 9 km from Cefalù, the pearl of Sicily, with its timeless charm, historic alleys, and crystal-clear sea. If you love to be mobile and explore, you're in the right place: the highway entrance is just 4 km away, making it quick and easy to reach all the island's other wonders.
