The advertisement is not fully correct:The location is in the small neighbourhood of Valle buia, further away from Seccheto. The walking route to the restaurants is mentioned as '13 minutes'. This means walking very fast down hill (!). It took me 20 minutes in the early morning. Up hill it will take much more minutes.The apartment smelled very bad. The odour of an old place and/or sewer problems made it necassary to open 20 hrs a day the windows of the 1st and 2nd floor. With this treatment it was doable to sleep in the room on the 1st floor.The bedrooms are small, older (seventies/eighties of last century) and have too many wardrobe/cupboards. The double bed had a freestanding bed frame.The outsite table and facilities of the apartment were good, except a wooden spoon in the kitchen was missing for the non-stick coating pans.The price of the apartment (although beginning of augustus) is not cheap and too much for this apartment.Because of the smell, the price, we will not come again.
