Ritter Villas are located in Colle Palombaia, not far from Marina di Campo. They are surrounded by greenery and are characterized by a splendid view of the sea and the islands of Pianosa and Montecristo. From the Villas, Colle Palombaia beach can be reached on foot by a private dirt road.
Guests can take advantage of a tennis court and a flush-to-floor swimming pool surrounded by an area paved with wood and equipped with deck chairs and outdoor showers with cold and hot water.
Dimora Maria is located in Colle Palombaia, near Marina di Campo, within a complex of private villas called Villa Ritter.
The position of the villa, on a cliff with a splendid sea view, does not allow constant telephone coverage and is ideal for those on holiday who want a break from everyday life.

Dimora Maria is a unique and exclusive housing solution, consisting of three bedrooms with independent access spread over different levels and a fully covered outdoor common area.
The covered area, which offers a splendid sea view, is equipped with a built-in kitchen and large multifunctional furniture made with nautical materials that allows you to eat with friends or relax on the part with cushions.
From the sides of this common area there is access to the two main blocks of the villa.
In the first block there is a living room with sofa and television. Behind the sofa, a large wardrobe hides a small kitchenette. The living room leads to a double bedroom with TV and a bathroom with shower. From the bedroom and living room there is access to a covered and furnished terrace overlooking the sea that rejoins the common area.
In the second block, there is a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a double. From the room you enter an anteroom with sink and wardrobe and from here you enter the actual bathroom, with shower.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The price you pay does not include bed linen or towels, if you wish we can rent them
for you at a cost of €46.00 for a double pack and €23.00 for a single pack.

Guests have a reserved parking space and can use a flush-to-floor swimming pool, both shared with the other villas. The pool is surrounded by an area paved with wood and equipped with deck chairs and outdoor showers with cold and hot water.
