They feature a modern kitchen with induction cooktops and an electric oven, as well as a bathroom with a shower box and a bidet, which is located on the left upon entering. Located on the second floor of the building, the living area offers a single bed and an additional pull-out single bed, ceiling fans, and air conditioning. The double bedroom has a window. Important Notes:
Registration is required even if there is no overnight stay, but only a brief stop (even less than one hour), so guests are asked to inform in advance about any visitors on the premises.
For groups of young people, the minimum check-in age is 21 (a lower age can be requested, with the payment of a double security deposit).
Check-in at our offices from 16:00 to 19:30 and check-out by 09:00; for check-ins after 20:00, an additional fee of €50.00 is required.
Small/medium-sized pets are allowed with an additional cleaning fee of €30.
Security deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after checking the property’s condition (if paid in cash, it will not be refunded before 15:00).
Bed and bath linens: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not available for on-site booking.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival. For any needs, you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection usually takes place at our Marina di Campo offices (or Portoferraio for low season periods).
