Troquei de quarto 3x e mesmo assim, um terror Lençóis manchados e amarelados, banheiro sem janela de enreda de sol e ar, infiltração no teto, box não fecha a porta, vazamento de água no chão, minha mãe de 82 anos, eu tinha q ficar do lado para tomar banho porque não tem barra de apoio, banheiro não lavado, escorregadio e sujo Os funcionários da noite em todos os departamentos são muito gentis e ágeis no atendimento Mas os da manhã, secos, mau humorados e parecida q estavam fazendo favor de responder ou atender solicitação Pedi papel higiênico 4x e nunca chegava Os manobristas excelentes Mas o hotel precisa de reparos, manutenção e reforma Assustador os corredores q não acende q luz Eu não volto mais
