Overall Dirty. No English speaking staff

Very dirty. Hair in the bed, mold around the sink. Did not want to sleep in the bed. Lobby carpet looks as not been vacuumed.

⭐⭐⭐ Estadia Ok para uma Noite, mas Logística Confusa e Necessária Reorganização Minha estadia foi tranquila no geral, servindo bem para uma noite de descanso. Contudo, identifiquei diversos pontos de melhoria relacionados à organização e infraestrutura que tornam a experiência confusa e desajeitada. Pontos de Melhoria: Logística de Check-in e Hospedagem: A organização é esquisita. O estacionamento é "desengonçado", exigindo que o hóspede pare nos fundos (onde aparenta ser um antigo Ibis Budget) e caminhe até o primeiro prédio para realizar o check-in. Qualidade do Quarto: Fui hospedado(a) em um quarto que parece ser de padrão budget, bastante apertado, o que não corresponde à expectativa de uma unidade Ibis padrão. Serviços Descentralizados: Para o café da manhã, é necessário se deslocar até o prédio principal do Ibis para comer. Toda essa movimentação entre prédios parece desorganizada e desnecessária. Em resumo, a infraestrutura da unidade, que parece ser uma fusão de padrões (Ibis e Ibis Budget), cria um fluxo esquisito e desajeitado para o hóspede, exigindo uma revisão urgente nos processos de acesso e serviço.

Gostaria de registrar minha insatisfação em relação à refeição e ao atendimento recebido. A comida veio pré-cozida, com qualidade aquém do esperado, e ainda houve uma demora de aproximadamente 1 hora para a preparação. Além disso, ao realizar o checkout, fui surpreendida ao perceber que a nota fiscal já havia sido emitida sem o meu CPF, sem que eu fosse consultada previamente. Como esta viagem tem caráter profissional, essa particularidade era muito importante para mim. Quando questionei a atendente, a resposta foi extremamente grosseira, alegando que “não tem como adivinhar” o que eu queria — o que considero uma postura bastante inadequada e desrespeitosa com o cliente. Fiquei realmente desagradada com toda a experiência e espero que o ocorrido sirva de alerta para que situações como essa não se repitam.

Estava tudo muito limpo, ambiente agradável, funcionários muito solícitos e atenciosos; sómente no quezito café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar (xícaras quebradas, faltou café e leite nas garrafas térmicas). Se o estacionamento fosse coberto, seria excelente pois, há aves que sobrevoam o local, fazem sujeira nos carros.

Café até às 10:00, mas cheguei 09:30 ou fica sem

Descemos para tomar o café da manhã as 09:40, onde o hotel informou que o horário seria até às 10:00, sendo assim quando completou o horário limite para entrada no café já saíram várias funcionárias retirando o buffet, mesmo com hóspedes ainda se servindo. Entendemos que se o café é até às 10:00, podemos chegar próximo ao horário e o buffet deve ser retirado somente após o término dos hóspedes, com pelo menos 15 minutos de tolerância, visto que muitos ainda estavam comendo. Quando questionei a funcionária a mesma informou que a ordem é para retirar a comida exatamente as 10:00, não deixando um hóspede que estava se servindo pegar um pedaço de bolo do buffet. Achei de extrema falta de respeito e consideração com os hóspedes do local. Minha família já tinha terminado,as não gostei da atitude do pessoal do hotel com os hóspedes recém chegado ao café! Isso ocorreu na data de 15/09/25.
