Oase van rust te midden van drukte
Op een plaats die je compleet niet verwacht ( dicht bij industrie ) kom je hier in een oase van rust terecht. Met een heerlijke keuken en een enorme keuze aan wijn. Voor mij als whiskyliefhebber vond ik het heel jammer dat ze een mooie keuze aan whisky’s hebben, maar dat die enkel daar voor de show waren. Voor de rest geen opmerkingen

It was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for a hotel near the Florence airport. The feeling was luxurious. I was given an unsolicited upgrade to the room. The view was picturesque. Breakfast was included and their restaurant area is just as luxurious. Everything went well except that the hotel holds events and that evening they had some event that involved loud music until very late. Sleepless night. There was no air conditioning in the hotel because it is not turned on until June, I was told. And I have to mention the wifi reception was weak, only being able to use it in a particular area the room. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay.

Concierge professionale, disponibile ed estremamente gentile. Staff in generale eccellente. Pulizia camere PERFETTA. L’albergo è una continua sorpresa positiva, riuscirà a stupirvi e a farsi ricordare come un momento magico.

La mi sfortuna in fatto di alberghi è ormai cosa nota a tutti, ma penso di essere stato ripagato di tutte le camere e strutture orrende degli ultimi 2 anni soggiornando al 500. Uno dei migliori alberghi in cui sia stato, è inutile che mi dilunghi perchè basta dire che non c'era nemmenk una cosa fuori posto, TUTTO PERFETTO!

Bellissima struttura, le camere ristrutturate ma di pessimo gusto ,il bagno con la vasca non e proprio il top se non vieni pulito bene ,intorno all vasca era pieno di muffa e anche su la doccia....muffa che veniva via con il dito. Le camere non insonorizzate infatti si sentiva tutto dalla camera accanto.La nostra camera era molto buia e le lampade non aiutvano.Per metere in carica il telefono bisognava togliere qualche lampada.La colazione buona ma con pocca scelta.

It’s a beautiful property and extremely well maintained. The staff in the restaurant were delightful! Everything about the hotel and property were amazing…except for the fact that it sits as an oasis in the middle of industrial buildings so there is nothing around to walk to!

Tienes que tener coche para poder movilizarte. El hotel es cómodo, agradable pero alejado. Estuve 2 noches y pude descansar muy bien 🙂. Hay un centro comercial a 5 minutos en auto 🚗.

Fantastisk hotel. I spiste aftensmad i restauranten som hører til og det var absolut ikke nogen god oplevelse. Morgenmad i samme restaurant var dog en positiv oplevelse.

A short hop from the airport, but an oasis of calm
We had a very late flight from Florence airport and rather than spend the day in the sweltering heat of the city with no cooling options, we booked a very cheap day at 500 Firenze so we could chill by the pool and shower before going to the airport nearby. What luck! The pool area is beautiful with comfortable beds and great drinks and snack service. The hotel itself is very well done with stylish common areas and comfortable rooms. If they provided a free shuttle bus to the centre of Florence, I think that this would be THE place to stay.

Cosi non va
Sono stato in questo albergo per due notti per lavoro e l'esperienza non è stata negativa anche se la struttura si presenta bene ed è poco distante da Firenze. La prima notte la stanza era piena di zanzare, comprensibile per una struttura immersa nel verde ma sarebbe stato necessario controllare prima di rendere la stanza disponibile. Durante la notte, fatta presente la cosa in reception mi è stato fornito un fornelletto repellente. La stanza era priva di carta igienica. Al rifacimento della stanza non è stato rimpiazzato il bagno schiuma e durante la notte è stato disattivato il condizionatore. Fatto notare alla reception viene risposto che questo è centralizzato e che viene staccato all'1 di notte. Per quanto riguarda il ristorante, cena e colazione discrete ma in entrambi i casi le attese sono state bibbliche. Visto il prezzo pagato il servizio non è stato minimamente all'altezza.
