As of the moment, we do not have our own shuttle service, though we want to support all other local business in town, we can't be too dependent on them. Each of our rooms at Crown Isle is equipped with a 40-gallon tank, if the hot water was continuously running, it might have emptied the tank and needed to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour to replenish. We acknowledge and value your concern, our team is continuously and diligently looking for a long term solution on this matter.
