コロナ禍だからか？
コロナ禍だからか、滞在5泊6日中、一切掃除無し。チェックインの際、そんな事何も説明されていなかった。2人で宿泊したにもかかわらず、小さなシャンプー一個。それに加えて、シャンプーは水で何倍にも薄めたようなもの。石鹸も袋を開けて出したら折れるような、泡のたたない石鹸。 洗面台、お風呂にカビが見えた。 良いことは、フルサイズの冷蔵庫がある、キッチンがついてたこと。でも、予約時に選んだ部屋の写真とは違う狭い部屋だった。

Room is the standard American hotel. Staff is good and. Breakfast is continental but enough for me.

Relatively quiet residential area. Easy access to the freeway. Property is showing some wear, but generally a good value. Room has a full kitchen and refrigerator.

Larkspur Landing at Campbell is a comfortable, clean property that was convenient for us. I am extremely pleased with all of the accommodations as well as the breakfast, which included hot items on some days. I usually clean my rooms myself before settling in and I would say the room we had was the cleanest room I had ever stayed at. The bathroom was very large and comfortable, as was the bed and the work table. The gym and business center were convenient as well. I liked that there was ample parking.

Fast check in. Friendly service. Clean room with full kitchen and comfortable bed. Breakfast from 6am to 9am. Good parking. Jack in the box right outside. Safeway right down the street.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years and been very satisfied. HOWEVER, this trip, the room was REALLY run down, dated, broken items in the room, bad smell, just not up to past stays. Plus, I talked my sister into staying at this hotel and her room was really bad. It smelled so bad AND the carpet was covered in wet "dog pee" spots. She had to move to our room as there were no other rooms available. When I tried to make up our "hide-a-bed" sofa so my sister wouldn't have to sleep in her stinky room, the mattress on the pull out bed was disgusting, and the bag of linens provided in the room were filthy. The sheets were stained and stunk, the blanket was covered in long hairs and the pillows were dirty. We had to have the front desk bring all new linens at 11:00 p.m. The room had just 2 towels and we had to ask for wash clothes as well. Not well stocked. This place has really gone down hill and we will not be staying here again.

We stayed for two days, looking forward to the included breakfast to start our days. on Monday AM, there was only cold breakfast foods aside from the steamed rice with various seasonings. Much Better on Tuesday Morning when warm/hot breakfast fare was provided, including scrambled eggs, sausages, and french toast.

Clean but there where some issues
Our room had a few problems. The lamp did not work. Not enough light in the kitchen. We found cockroaches in the room. Most likely won’t stay at this hotel again.

I wasn't expecting a full on kitchen, so was pleasantly surprised! Love aeeing all the coffee choices in the lobby. Comfortable bed, and looking forward to breakfast in the morning! Great front desk staff too!

Complete disappointment
Ive stayed at Larkspurs before and this is well off standard expectations. The hotel has alot of differed maintenence that is visible to guests. Shows a lack of investment or pride in the property. Multiple pictures to show. Poorly maintained furniture, spots on carpets, not a "fully" stocked kitchen as described, old party decorations from another guest left up, chipped drywall, door hinge "fixes". Just ridiculous for the price. Worse then your 60.00 motel experiences.
