People were nice though my room was dirty and had obviously not been vacuumed. There was a dirty hand towel hanging on the shower rod and the internet stopped working. Ended up leaving early and booking a hotel in cottonwood.

Stayed 2 nights. Hotel location difficult to access. Very noisy early in morning with slamming doors and noise in hallway. Very small room with no microwave (outside microwave available for use). Beds ok. Breakfast options ok (no fresh fruit). Pool and Jacuzzi nice. They cut off our room access 15 minutes before checkout time locking us out of our room!

It was clean and comfortable but could use some updating. Elevator was down, not working. My door key didn’t work on interior or exterior doors … it always took multiple tries. The front desk person said they are a little tricky sometimes. It was a little annoying. My companion who had his own keys in a separate room had the same trouble.

Checking in and out was easy enough. The room itself seemed more like the leftovers from a frat house party than a room a family should stay in. Didn’t feel comfortable to walk around without socks, curtains didn’t shut all the way, generally didn’t give us any value aside from a place to stay

We had to make an unplanned stop in Camp Verde, and we found this hotel on the app. Chasity at the front desk was very friendly. The price was great, the room was very clean and comfortable, no noise and it was easy to sleep. The WiFi signal was nice and strong, and in the morning the free breakfast was fantastic! This hotel is a little gem along Hwy 17, and we are happy to recommend it to anyone.

El hotel esta bien para una noche. Olía mucho a cigarro afuera de la entrada y la gente se pone a fumar justo ahí, sería mejor que asignaran un área exterior lejos de la puerta. El personal que nos atendió fue amable y nos gustó que tienen algunas bebidas no alcohólicas disponibles las 24 horas (agua, jugos, café y té). El desayuno incluido esta bien excepto los huevos que los hacen en el microondas. Nunca me había tocado ver eso.

Staff were very helpful in directing us to local shopping, including a great grocery store. Its access to the freeway and routes to Sedona, Montezuma Castle and Well, Jerome and Phoenix were easy and obvious.

Wonderful staff and we really enjoy staying here. I just wish they’d get new carpeting. This last room had horrible stains all over the carpet for the money you pay the room should be a little better.
