Beautiful Guest Home On 5 Acres. Close to Everglades, Biscayne Bay, Fl Keys

"We had a few nights to spend in South Florida before boarding a cruise. We considered staying near a beach, but opted to look closer to Everglades and Biscayne National Parks. I noticed this home and liked the fact that it would give us two bathrooms and was reasonably priced. It had good reviews so I decided to give it a try.We were very pleased with our stay here at the guest home. We timed it perfect as the Mangos grown here were just ready to be picked, so we had several fresh mangos each day. I'm not sure how we'll survive with store-bought mangos when we get back to Texas. The home was well provisioned. We cooked one meal while we were there, and had everything we needed. The beds were as described and comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and adequate. We played several games while we were there, and would have played more if we'd been there longer. We were able to run a load or two of laundry and the washer/dryer worked great. The gated access was nice as it made the home more like a private sanctuary. If you're looking for quick access to the beach, you probably want to splurge and get someplace more expensive near coast. But if you're looking to visit the National Parks or simply to relax in a quiet setting, Don't hesitate to stay here. Wayne was a great host, communicating well and leaving us fresh mangos. We even bumped into him the last morning and he taught us a bit about what they grow there. If we're ever back in the area, we'll look to stay there again!"

"I love the place. That’s is a hidden gem. I would let the guy in the property stay there full time in case the guest need something. He was very helpful. In the lake house you could add some paintings or Japanese drawing to the wall to make it feel more cozy . Overall the experience was great and the birds and landscape are breathtaking. Thanks we will be back! "

"The Home was Beautiful and the Grounds were well taken care of. The layout of the house was better than expected. Traveled with 2 teenagers, they were able to have their own rooms with Jack and Jill bathroom. Two of the other rooms also had a Jack and Jill bathroom, which worked well with myself, husband and adult son. The primary bedroom was very spacious with a garden soaking tub, large shower, and a toilet room. The fourth bathroom was perfect for when getting out of the heated salt pool. OMG, the pool was great for relaxing and playing around. The lanai was great for gathering and visiting. Both the Host and Property Manager were very friendly, helpful, and easy to contact with questions. We would stay there again!!!"
