"It was a really lovely house. Trying to access the property was awful and lacked clear instructions. As much as Olivia (Be Locals) was pleasant to talk with and did return the messages many of the emails from Be Locals were inaccurate. They either missed information or provided details for things that did not apply. The gardens were really disappointing and like a jungle. "We enjoyed our stay at Royal on the Park. Service was fantastic, rooms were clean and service was impeccable. We had to leave very early for a medical procedure. The staff kindly made us breakfast boxes which were so helpful and delicious. We'll be back there again next time we're in Brisbane. "

"On arrival the hotel smelt lovely & clean. The asian gentleman with glasses at front desk was so friendly & helpful 👌 Our room was clean & tidy maybe a small biscuit on arrival to have with a cup of tea would be perfect after a long travel. We had the best view on the 25th floor..thank you. We loved the restaurant it had so much character. Food & beverage staff was so helpful & friendly. Would be nice to have a mushmellows in my hot chocolate not sure why you didn't have any. Thank you for your service we will be returning."

"This hotel was just what we wanted. We were only staying for a couple of nights to see a show, so it was very convenient. The room had all we really needed, and we were surprised that there were plenty of power points and charging ports. The room was a good size, and the breakfast was excellent value for money. "
