"We had a very enjoyable stay at La Joya. Despite the flooding of only a few days before, the property was in an excellent condition and the access roads were fine. Jose and his family were very helpful with the few minor problems that we had and they sorted them immediately. We would definitely look to stay there again if we are coming to the area. "This is a very rustic, remote and well used house. Unfortunately It has the feel of being somewhat neglected. The pictures make it look better than it actually is. It has a lot of beds but the layout of the kitchen and bathrooms are very confined. Strangely there was a high table between the two sofas in the living room so we moved it out of the way while we were there. This place is remote and it’s a half hour drive on a very windy road to the nearest town Ardales. The views are fantastic...
