There was Water access, fire pits, tons of area for kids to play and unwind outside. The host, Ryan, was very easy to communicate with and we will definitely stay at his properties again
While the area was quiet, the property wasn't what showed in the pictures. The camper was extremely dirty, covered in pet hair, cob webs, trash not emptied, toilet disgusting. opened the microwave and there were cookies on a plate that had been there for quite some time. There was no way to lock and secure the camper while we were gone. Grass around the camper hadn't been mowed in several weeks. We left a day early, due to the condition.
The property was beautiful with the river. We had never stayed in an rv before, but power and water were hooked up. You have to bring your sheets, blankets, pillows. There is a fridge, stove, sink and the owner left some basic supplies like trash bags, toilet paper, spices, soap, coffee, and more. There is nowhere to really put your luggage but we made it work by using the top bunk. Wifi is not available but there were some games and movies available. There was a firepit if you wanted to use it.We really didnt spend that much time at the rv. We had a gemshow we were participating in for the first 3 days and then my husband had an emergency the next day. We cleaned very well and had to leave. We couldnt do anything about the length of stay on our end through vrbo and contacted the host to cancel the rest of our trip. We missed out on the extra 6 nights that we were supposed to stay. The host refunded us for almost 3 nights.
