Conveniently located in the historic village, this home away from home is within walking distance of everything Camden has to offer, including restaurants, village shops, kayak tours of the bay, and schooner trips. Some attractions that are worth visiting include Camden Hills State Park, The Camden Snow Bowl, Mt. Battie Trailhead, Laite Memorial Beach, Curtis Island Lighthouse, and Aldermere Farm Lily Pond Trail.
This property is made up of a well-appointed, two-story home and a separate studio/apartment. When it comes to outdoor living, the home enjoys an enclosed backyard with a firepit area, an outdoor dining area with an umbrella, and a gas grill for summertime cookouts! When you enter this family-friendly escapade, you will discover a welcoming living room with comfy sofas and chairs and a smart TV with streaming services to stay up to date with your favorite series. If you are in the mood of treating your guests with delicious culinary masterpieces, the kitchen has you covered! It's equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare savory treats. Attached to the kitchen is a beautiful dining area with a large dining table. Another great place to unwind is the sunroom attached to the kitchen, which boasts a nice desk and a lounge area. This retreat has views of Mt. Battie and Penobscot Bay at the end of the road. All bedrooms are located upstairs. Additional perks include high-speed WiFi and a washer/dryer.
The studio is perfect for solo travelers and couples and it's equipped with everything you need for a breezy and tranquil stay! Gather around the welcoming firepit area for some storytelling or dine alfresco at the outdoor dining table with an umbrella. A gas grill has been provided for summertime cookouts as well! When you enter this second-floor retreat, you will discover a sunny living area with all the essentials - a nice seating area with comfy sofas, a smart TV, a dining table, partial AC, and a kitchenette with mini-fridge, sink, microwave, coffee maker, a cozy bed, and a full bathroom.

The fireplace is not for guest use.
Each unit has its own private outdoor space, chairs, and firepit.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
