「Great place to stay for the time we were in Zanesville area. Great location right near I-70. Clean facility, lots of room. Met the owner while we were there. He’s a really nice guy.」

「I’ve booked this property 2 years for Thanksgiving diner and time with family. It is great place to relax and enjoy the downtime. Recommend it! Host is amazing! Great communications with host too. Very accommodating. 」

「Quaint little house. Nothing fancy but comfortable. Had a little musty smell. We opened the windows to let it air out but a small dehumidifier would help eliminate this issue. Just a few minutes from River Greens Golf Course. Walking distance to Rainbow Hills which is a nice little restaurant and brewery/winery. Short drive to Historic Roscoe Village which has lots of little shops, restaurants, and art galleries. Would stay here again. 」

「Overall pretty good. It might be time to replace some towels and bedding. Things are looking worn. Everything works, but it feels a little tired. We were there a couple years ago at the same time of year. The river is still beautiful and the house is just a short, scenic drive from Amish sh Country. 」
