宿泊する場所としては清潔感があって快適でコストパフォーマンスが良い。すぐ近くに大きなスーパーがあるのは便利。朝食会場はないが、コーヒーはロビーにて有料で調達できる。市街地から離れておりバスかタクシーでの移動となる。平日であれば近くにあるケンブリッジ大学のキャンパスに複数あるカフェで食事をとることもできるが、これもバスは必須。バス停はホテルのすぐ近くにあり、1日に2回以上バスに乗るのであれば3ポンドの1日券がお得。2023年時点の情報として、myTripというスマホアプリ内でWhippetというバス会社を選ぶことでQRコードのeチケットが買える。

Lovely stay but a couple of issues checking in with one member of staff who didn’t really help or know about parking etc. Cafe closed on the Sunday morning as machine wasn’t working. And issues around wanting an alternative to what was on offer for breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable.

The rooms are freezing. There are climate control panels that seem to do absolutely nothing no matter what you set them to. The shower door wouldn't shut fully causing water to flood the bathroom. The card slot for lights came away from the wall and was intermittently working. Far overpriced for what it is.

Great hotel with one flaw
The hotel is great, lovely decor however it has one flaw. If you're driving then it’s really hard to book the carpark as it’s always full. You then have to park a 15 minute walk away at a nearby park and ride car park. Hyatt, please make it easier to book the carpark as your staff couldn’t tell me if there were available spaces when I booked the hotel. This caused real problems as we had lots of kit to carry in.

Damp room and bad service
The room had damp - this was the last room in the hotel so had to move to a sister hotel - and even though I was a guest and the restaurant was only 20% full - I had to wait for a large group to sit down before I could get a table. Staff were unhelpful. Not the experience you would expect for a Hyatt hotel

Great hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. It's a little far out of town with only onsite restaurants and a nearby Beefeater for choice, so recommend booking if you don't want to go in to central Cambridge.

A few issues
The hotel takes some finding as it isn't well sign posted at all. There is no illuminated signage outside the hotel entrance So it's difficult to spot especially after dark. I couldn't find anywhere to park, so pulled up outside the front door and jumped out to ask receptionist where the car park was. I was advised they did have a car park but i should have pre booked as it was full! But there was a park and ride he could give me directions for!!! Not what you want to hear after a long day. The hotel itself was fine. The restaurant looked ok but the menu was fine dining and very expensive. Certainly not within the average companies food allowance that's for sure. Ended up eating next door at Dutch which was nice.

Feedback from our guests is incredibly important to us and we truly appreciate your feedback.We are sorry to hear that you encountered a few issues during your stay with us. The lighting above the door is something that we are working on as we were not permitted to install this due to light pollution but as we have had significant feedback on this we are working with the development team to get this reviewed. Sadly, we do have limited parking and due to high demand we do advise that prebooking a space is advisable which is why we do direct people to the alternative car park if there are no spaces left onsite. We do apologise for the inconvenience but sadly we are limited in the number of spaces that we can provide. We have shared your feedback with the restaurant team in relation to the menu pricing but they have done considerable work on ensuring that the pricing of the menu is competitive compared to other restaurants in the city.Thank you again for your review and for taking the time to share your feedback.Kind Regards,Martin NewbouldGeneral Manager

They listened! This is my go to hotel when I visit Cambridge. A large part of that is because they have EV charging in the parking garage. Usually it was 40p/kW. The time before it had gone up to 70p/kW. I complained to the hotel not expecting anything to happen because the chargers aren't run by them. But on this visit the price had changed to 55p/kW. Ok it isn't back to 40p/kW, but it is a more reasonable price. Hotel itself is still great

We were only here for a night but it was a lovely stay. Room was clean and we were able to get free bikes or a free bus pass into the city. The area was also nice and quiet.

The hotel was dirty. Even though it's pet friendly you would still expect a basic level of cleanliness. The fridge also failed to keep items cold. Not close to the centre of Cambridge either.

The cleanliness of our rooms is incredibly important to us, to read that we have not achieved our normal huigh standards is very disappointing and this has been raised with our Housekeeping team. We do undertsand your concern in relation to the cooling units in the room, these are not fridges but cooling units that keep drinks cold not a proewr fridge so they do not operate at the same temperature as a fridge and will not keep food items at a cold temperature.
