Eu como cliente da Hotéis.com a anos, nunca tive um problema antes com relação a escolha do meu hotel porque todas as vezes que cheguei nos hotéis escolhidos, era compatível com o visto e escolhido pelo APP de vocês o que não foi o caso dessa vez. Após 6h de estrada, chegar e me deparar com um hotel com tantos desagrados, foi algo muito frustrante. A começar que chegamos e nós mesmos fizemos o check in pois não tinha ninguém na recepção ou no próprio hotel para nos recepcionar. Ao entrar no quarto, nos deparamos com um quarto pequeno, sem estrutura nenhuma básica como ar condicionado para aquecer o local e TV, um quarto totalmente gelado/úmido devido às infiltrações na parede, quarto com pintura mofada, janela do banheiro quebrada, prateleiras caindo sustentadas por uma corda. Ficamos cerca de 15min no quarto e um cheiro ruim veio do banheiro.. Enfim, tudo muito ruim e impossível de se hospedar, de verdade. Quem chega em seu destino de viagem e ficaria feliz com tudo isso?! Foi muito péssimo. Ao sair do quarto para irmos em busca de uma nova hospedagem, já era de noite e todo o caminho feito da recepção até o carro (o que não era perto e no meio do mato) foi feito completamente no escuro.. Nem iluminação tem o hotel para entrar e sair a noite. Todo o caminho levando as malas foi feito com auxílio da lanterna do celular. Um horror.

Realmente gostei de poucas coisas. O cafe e otimo e o lugar e muito tranquilo, mas o hotel precisa de muitas reformas. Falta placas para indicação para chegar no hotel, a estrada e pessima, o quarto e muito pequeno e nao possui TV e nem armários. Necessita de barras de segurança psda entrar na hidromassagem, pois e muito perigoso. Muitas escadas o que dificulta para pessoas mais idosas. O piso de madeira e muito irregular. A toalha e otima
