Located in Calviac-en-Périgord Noir, this house is set in the forest and welcomes guests with reduced mobility. With 37 m² of space, it accommodates up to 4 guests, offering 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The bathroom features an accessible shower with a seat. You’ll enjoy a well-equipped kitchen to prepare your meals.



Mobile air conditioning is available for an extra fee. Bike rental is offered.



A private, spacious parking area, suitable for guests with reduced mobility, is available on site.



Relax outdoors in your private garden, on the open terrace, or with your own barbecue. The shared outdoor pool is perfect for unwinding, while active guests can enjoy the communal playground, table tennis, billiards, and tennis court. Shared toys and books are available for families.



One vehicle per unit can park in the shared parking area. One leashed pet is allowed. Parties are not permitted. Self check-in is available for late arrivals. Access to the washing machine and dryer is available for an extra fee.
