Déçu

Nous avons été envahi de fourmis. Le terrain c'était de la terre et non de la pelouse. Fuite d'eau dans les toilettes. Stationnement très difficile dans la rue. Et ce n'était pas très propre à notre arrivée. Nous sommes assez déçu de notre séjour

Points positifs : -Très propre à notre arrivée avec des clés qui ont pu nous être remises en avance lors de notre passage à l'agence située à une dizaine de minutes du bien. -Gérant disponible et souriant, qui a répondu très rabidement à nos nombreuses sollicitations et/ou demandes (problème de pompe sur la piscine, l'absence de vaisselle/plats...). -Endroit relativement calme et propice aux balades -zone de stationnement à l'intérieur de la propriété (heureusement car stationnement sur rue est tout bonnement impossible) Points négatifs: -Maison vétuste qui se dégrade faute d'entretien : loquet de porte HS(risque de rester enfermé dehors si vous n'avez pas les clés sur vous), salle de bain d'une autre époque, la configuration de la maison scindée en 2 appartements pas fonctionnelle du tout, les extérieurs notamment le pourtour de la piscine en terre battue rendant difficile l'entretien pourtant régulier de la piscine par du personnel dédié (otite, orgelet...) le mobilier extérieur en mauvais état (table déformée.), pas de zone ombragée ni de terrasse en dure. Table et meuble de salon/salle à manger en triste état. -A noter également l'absence de climatisation ou ventilateurs, de nombreuses colonies de fourmis notamment dans les 2 cuisines. -L'obligation d'être véhiculée pour faire des courses ou se rendre à San Antonin de Calonge. En résumé une villa avec du potentiel mais qui ne justifie en rien le montant de la location exigée en haute saison (3000€/sem)

Maison trop peu équipée casserole inexistante et beaucoup beaucoup trop de fourmis cette maison mériterait un grand nettoyage alors que l’extérieur piscine gazon était très très propre

Séjour entre amis

Bon accueil par la propriétaire. Grande maison bien un séjour à 10 personnes. Un assez grand terrain avec une piscine qui nous a permis de passer un agréable séjour !
