El hotel hay aspectos están deteriorando su imagen no hay arreglos , y ya los necesita , las imágenes desayuno no están ajustadas a la realidad , aunque esta bueno , hay aspectos deben mejorar o se deteriora la propiedad.

Hasta el pomo de la bañera nos cayó encima, el area de la piscina no sirve, en gin el sitio horrible, de hecho de 4 noches solo me quede la primera, luego busque otro hotel y nos fuimos

Un sitio muy limpio y organizado. Buen servicio. Para lo que necesitábamos que era estar cerca de la clínica Imbanaco, mientras llegaba la hora de la cita, fue excelente la estadía, el personal muy amble y buen café. Gracias por la atención.

Tuvimos una rara experiencia, ya que cuando llegamos no teniamos reserva, El hotel estaba lleno y el chico de la recepción estaba preocupado, dijo que ellos habían cerrado la página desde temprano y no se explicaba como se coló la reserva. Nos enviaron a la otra sede de ellos, ahí fue diferente.

Atendían con prontitud las necesidades del huésped. Lo que no me gustó, me dieron una habitación debajo del comedor y el personal sabiendo que hay habitaciones debajo en lugar de levantar las sillas y mesas las jalaban, todo esto muy temprano en la mañana que no permitían descansar. Deben tener más criterio.

CENTRAL Y LIMPIO

Muy centrico y con varios medios de transporte, centros comerciales, restaurantes, almacenes , este hotel tiene un problema y es que se hospedan deportistas o personas asisten eventos por estar las canchas panamericanas y en ocasiones estos jovenes colocan musica elevada y toda la noche abren y cierran puertas sin que les llamen la atención , desayuno fresco y rico.

En general bien, es un hotel para aquellas personas que todo el día estamos realizando gestiones. La habitación tiene buena área, sin embargo el baño es incomodo. El área para tomar el desayuno es a cielo abierto, por lo tanto, si hay demasiado sol o llueve se complica el servicio.

A big nightmare

Its not gay friendly hotel..price doesnt match vs the price on page. Poor breakfast. Looby close all the time and it works like parking. No restaurant or bar as they mention..they say mall is around 500 meters and the mall is about 1.5 miles away. The person incharge of reservation is the owner very rude bad attitude do not help me at all. Dangerous at night far away from everything
