They need change kitchen staff, I saw bug in the kitchen and Venezolana lady is (grosera) like bad girl. Already talk with the manager and give to complain to her. The others staff in front desks is excellent. The room is super clean,the maintenance people’s is very nice. Thanks for asking.

Staff was excellent. 20 minutes to airport. Large pool and kiddie pool full of laughing families enjoying themselves. No air conditioning, no in room fridge. Wall mounted swivel fan did not swivel. pool and sauna close at 7PM Breakfast open at 7AM

The property charges me the use of the pool to my guess, also limited the time to stay there, they charge extra 20,000 pesos saying is for Expedia payment , when I requested extra towels, the employee question me about what happened with the towels they left in am, also he bring it after I complained about he take so long time He told me “first He needs clean the pool,” the breakfast was very small and poor quality, Finally I only stay 2 days instead the 4 days as was planned , due this very poor customer service
