Villa de la Ponte by Atlantic Holiday

Villa de La Ponte by Atlantic Holiday is a spacious and well-equipped villa located in Calheta, on Madeira Island, offering a comfortable setting for up to eight guests. With four bedrooms, two featuring queen size beds and two with king size beds, the property is well suited for families, couples, or groups seeking a relaxed stay with ample space.



The villa includes four bathrooms, one with a bathtub and three with showers, as well as an additional social toilet, ensuring practicality and comfort for larger groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, including a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, and all the necessary cookware and utensils for preparing meals.



Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool area and a barbecue space, ideal for outdoor dining and leisure moments. The property also offers private parking within its grounds. Calheta’s sandy beach is just a short five-minute drive away, making it easy to combine relaxation at the villa with time by the sea.



Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine, hairdryer, smart TV with box, and baby facilities such as a cot and high chair. Bed linen and bath towels are provided for all stays.



Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00. Smoking inside the villa is not permitted.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.



Heated Pool:

Our villa provides the option to heat the pool for your convenience. Please note that this service is available for an additional cost and can be arranged upon request.

During summer, the normal pool temperature is around 17/18°C, reaching up to 26/27°C. In winter, the temperature typically ranges from 14/15°C, reaching up to 23/24°C.
