Our house comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 King size bed in the master bedroom a queen size bed and 2 twin sizes, and a sofa in the main living room if you need a 7th spot, however, I would not say this is the most comfortable sofa to sleep on.
- The home occupancy permits 7 people.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.

Complimentary Wi-Fi and coffee. You get a starter pack of all the toiletries you'll need during your stay as well. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You are welcome to use any part of the home and yard that you wish to. The only thing you will not have access to is the two bins in the garage saved strictly for our cleaning crews supplies. They are locked.

We live about 25 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

This is a brand new, very quiet neighborhood. There is a good sized park just down the block with playground equipment.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.
