Our bright, cosy holiday apartment is lovingly furnished and offers space for a pleasant stay for two to four people (maximum three adults). From the terrace, you enjoy panoramic views over the mountains and forests of the southern Adige Valley all the way to the Rosengarten, which glows in mystical light in the evening.



The apartment is located on the ground floor of a detached house in a quiet location at the edge of the forest. The magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and orchards invites you to linger in the garden. Whether walking, hiking, or cycling – you can start directly from the apartment to the most beautiful viewpoints and excursion destinations in the area.



The apartment features two bedrooms, a bright living room, a simple kitchenette, and a bathroom with bathtub. It also includes a covered private terrace and a shared garden. For your little guests, there is a sandbox, a swing, and various vehicles for playing.



Particularly beautiful excursion destinations nearby include hikes on the Kalterer Höhenweg, to the impressive Rastenbach Gorge, or the Friedenweg, which offers fantastic viewing platforms with unique views of Lake Kaltern. Lake Kaltern is also easily reachable at 8.5 km and, together with an outdoor pool in Tramin, offers a refreshing cool down.

Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen, sind herzlichst begruesst worden, alles war sehr gut vorbereitet. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die uns stets, zurueckhaltend, umsorgt haben. Durch die stets offene Art, auch der Kinder, hat man das Gefuehl zur Familie zu gehoeren. Wer Hund und Katzen mag, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Direkte Lage zwischen Apfelplantagen und Weinbergen, gute Ausgangslage fuer Wandererungen und vieles mehr. Broetchenservice war sehr gut organisiert.
