Independent house of 130m² on 3 levels, decorated and equipped with care to welcome you in the best conditions of comfort. Its advantages ? Its location, breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains, the calm, the absence of overlooks, the first beach just 5 km away, very complete equipment.

Location:
At the bottom of the Sagone gulf, 30 minutes north of Ajaccio, Calcatoggio is an ideal base for exploring the west coast, the gulfs of Sagone and Porto and the Calanches de Piana while staying in contact with the Ajaccian hinterland, Corte (1h45), Propriano (1h45) and Bonifacio for the bravest (2h30).

The environment :
The house is located at the top of the village. It overlooks the village and the entire Gulf of Sagone. The view from the terrace and the rooms is breathtaking. Independent and on a private plot of 700m², it is not overlooked.
The owners live 3km away and can meet your expectations while remaining discreet.

The gîte:
With an area of 130 m² on 3 levels:
- Ground floor: Large dining room, kitchen, separate wc.
- Level 1 (mezzanine): living room with convertible sofa
- Level - 1: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 100 x 200 cm, 1 bed 140 x 190 cm, 1 bed 160 x 200 cm), bathroom, separate toilet.

Interior equipment:
The cottage is fully equipped, so that nothing is missing: very complete kitchen equipment, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, TV, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, ... and more ( extensive library,…).

Outdoor equipment:
40 m² terrace with panoramic views of the entire Sagone gulf and the mountain, directly overlooking the kitchen and the dining room. Teak garden furniture, barbecue.
Private parking 2 places.

Kennt ihr diese Ferienhäuser, die man am liebsten geheim halten würde, damit nicht zu viele andere davon erfahren? Genau so ein Schatz ist dieses Haus!Schon beim Ankommen haben wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet, dass man eigentlich gar nicht weg möchte – ob im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer, im Garten oder auf der Terrasse mit der traumhaften Aussicht. Erholung pur! Auch die Ausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen.Wer trotzdem Lust auf Abenteuer hat: Die Umgebung von Korsika ist einfach fantastisch und lädt zu Ausflügen ein. Mit dem Auto erreicht man den nächsten Strand in etwa 10 Minuten, größere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es nach rund 30 Minuten Fahrt.Die Vermieter wohnen nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt, sind super herzlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Auch An- und Abreise haben absolut unkompliziert funktioniert.Kurz gesagt: Ein kleines Paradies, in das wir garantiert zurückkehren wollen!

Tout est déjà indiqué dans les autres avis. L'accueil et les conseils. L'habitation qui est conforme au descriptif même si la vue est encore mieux que les photos ne l'indiquent. Un emplacement très intéressant pour les randonnées et la plage. Oui il faut un véhicule mais rien n'est véritablement éloigné. Et bien sûr : la Corse dans toute sa splendeur. Je conseille sans aucunes réserves.

Traumhafter Ausblick und gut ausgestattetes Haus

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Die Aussicht von der Terasse ist das absolute Highlight. Wirklich wunderschön. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und bietet genügend Platz. Internetverbindung war schnell genug für Youtube und Co. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und für uns hat küchentechnisch nichts gefehlt. Da wir vermutlich die ersten in der Saison waren und das Haus wohl davor unbewohnt war, hat es 1-2 Tage noch einen etwas komisch gerochen. Das ist das einzige was wir zu bemängeln haben. Ansonsten war alles sauber. Strände, Restaurants, Wander- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen! Danke auch an die Vermieter! Vor und während dem Aufenthalt immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich!

Wir haben die Woche in vollen Zügen genossen. Atemberaubend ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse, welche zum Verweilen ganztägig einlädt. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Grandioser Ausblick und tolle Lage

Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus mit Garten sehr wohlgefüllt. Dort gibt es alles, was man braucht und es ist sehr wohnlich. Highlight ist der Blick und die Terrasse. Das Auge schweift von korsischen Gipfeln bis in die Bucht von Sagone. Unglaubliche Farben, tolle Sonnenuntergänge und tagsüber ziehen die Rotmilane ihre Kreise übers Haus. Wir buchten einen Urlaub in der Hochsaison und waren trotzdem an einem nicht überlaufenen Ort Korsika. Der Strand von Liamone war unser Lieblingsstrand mit feinem Kies und viel Platz. Ausflüge nach Ajaccio, in die Calanche nach Porto, in ein nahes Flußtal und auch ins Tal von Evisa mit tollen Badegumpen sind nach einigen Kurven und tollen Ausblicken gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt und haben einen tollen Urlaub in Calcatoggio bei sehr netten Gastgebern verbracht.

Schönes Ferienhaus in wundervoller Lage

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Lage oben im Dorf mit Blick über das Dorf und die Bucht ist traumhaft und die Terasse lädt zum Genießen des Sonnenuntergangs ein. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto nur 10 Minuten Fahrt. Wir haben uns in dem gut ausgestatteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat uns Nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und wir würden das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Maison parfaite pour un séjour d' une semaine. 3 chambres, toutes avec la même vue sur le golfe de Sagone. 2 espaces extérieurs et une grande terrasse pour tous les repas ! Book très bien rempli et plein d' annotations et de conseils pour notre séjour. Wonderful holiday home

My family and I (2 adults, three children aged 12, 10 and 7) spent a wonderful week here. The house is spacious, well distributed and very homely with all equipent, books, games, etc. that a family like ours likes on holiday. The terrace has a great view and the house is well placed in the mountains but not far away from the beaches, in an area we like. Recommended.

Das Haus befindet sich in einem hübschen kleinen Dorf und ist gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben uns 14 Tage super wohl gefühlt und jeden Morgen und Abend aufs Neue die wundervolle Aussicht genossen. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind einfach einzigartig. Der Strand ist nicht weit und wir konnten unseren Hund mitnehmen. Die Vermieter sind herzlich und haben gute Tipps. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!!!!
