Casa Roxane welcomes you to Calangianus, Sardinia, in a modern 40 m² villa ideal for up to 4 guests. The property features 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom equipped with a sink and WC/bidet, walk-in closet, and air conditioning. One bathroom also has a shower, shared between both rooms—perfect for families or couples. One bedroom includes a small fridge. The house offers high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, television, step-free access, and interiors without stairs. Pool towels are provided.



Outside, relax on your private open terrace and enjoy the garden and shared outdoor pool. Pool and barbecue area are available from May 1st to October 30th, with possible limitations depending on the season.



The property is fully fenced and provides 2 uncovered parking spaces for guests. Events are not allowed. The owners live in the same house but guarantee complete discretion and privacy during your stay.



Located in the peaceful Gallura countryside, the house is set on a private 5,600 m² estate surrounded by cork oaks and Vermentino vineyards, near Lake Liscia. The area is quiet and about a 5-minute drive from the villages of Sant’Antonio di Gallura and Nuchis. Olbia, its airport, and the beaches of Costa Smeralda are 30 minutes away by car.
