    Your next favorite getaway spot is right here! This golf course-view condo can accommodate the whole family in comfort and style, and offers an easy walk to fun on-site amenities such as the pool, gym, and golf!

    Walk into spacious rooms with bright and airy décor, as you settle in for a vacation with all the conveniences of home. The living room's large sectional sofa will be a favorite gathering spot for your whole group as you play games, talk, or watch a favorite movie. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for whipping up tasty snacks and meals. With the open floor plan, it'll be easy to spend quality time together no matter what everyone's doing. Enjoy the sights and smells from the deck as you soak up some sun with your coffee, or stargaze with a cocktail after a long day of adventure.

    Things to Know
    Unit is on 3rd Floor with NO Elevator.
    Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
    Check-out time: 10:00 am.
    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Awesome vacation

This was a gorgeous property,my granddaughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay hereonly downfall was 4 flights of steps,I was sore after the second day but we survived lol.Would definitely stay there again.

Great Fall Break Getaway

We really enjoyed this home. Overall, it was very clean, except for the living room rug and furniture had a good bit of pet hair on it, but Vacasa was quick to respond and make it right. We enjoyed the short walk to the pool, and the close proximity to some of our favorite restaurants in Calabash. It was also only a 20-minute drive to the beach, and 30 minutes to Myrtle. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a really wonderful trip! The kids were obsessed with pool and hot tub! We had enough space to spread out and separate when needed. Very comfortable and clean condo! Will absolutely work with Vacasa again in the future!!!

Condo had not been cleaned or set up. Maid came after our arrival and prepared everything, Stay was very comfortable. Very smalll details would improve the experience such as paper towels for kitchen and Kleenex tissues for bath

As advertised

My family and I were excited upon entering the condo. It was clean and beautifully decorated; just as advertised. There were a few things I felt needed more attention: the living room carpet and between & under couch cushions. Also both bathroom showers/jetted tub had visible dirt/scum. It wasn’t disgusting but needed more time spent cleaning these areas. Outside of those things the condo was perfect. We indeed recommend.

Myrtle trip

When we arrived we were unable to use the key code. Communication was difficult . Finally had to use a key. The online listing is deceiving it looked like the condo was on the first floor. When we finally got the instructions for checking in it said it was on the third floor with no elevator. This made things difficult as both myself and our guest have very bad knees.

Beautiful Home

I loved everything about this home. The home is beautiful. Very spacious. The neighborhood is well kept and very peaceful. I enjoyed the balcony every morning just sitting in my peace and watching the golfers. The kitchen was very well equipped even tho we did not do any cooking. The bedroom are very spacious. You can live in the Master Bedroom. It has a sink, small fridge and microwave in there, a very huge walk in closet. The only thing was we had a hard time locking the door per instructions given. We had to use the kiddie lock but that dud not take anything from my review. I would truly consider this home again. Our stay was from June 7-11in 2024.

Property is located in Brunswick Plantaion which is a golf destination and neighborhood. It is not close to the beach. We had to drive 15 minutes to get anywhere. If you bring pets VACASA charges you an extra $150 over the listing price which is NOT disclosed in the Expedia listing. Property was clean and fully stocked. The beds were comfortable.
