"Visited during Easter break 2026 and the hotel was superb. It was so peaceful! We stayed in the panoramic sea view room and the views of the port were so lovely.. you can just watch the world go by. The hotel arranged a nice bottle of cava and something sweet for our room, as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, note there was no additional cost to us for this. The breakfast and dinner was really good. The spa wellness was good, but quite small so you need to book. The best feature being the Sauna. Please note the pools are not heated so I found them too cold but my husband enjoyed them. I loved the fact they had a refillable water station on floor 2, this saved cost for water. The hotel is in a great location for you to explore Castell and a 35 minute walk to Mahon. Transportation is good. A special shout out to the hotel staff as they had exceptional customer service, friendly and super helpful. The house keeping staff cleaned the rooms to the highest standards which made the stay even better. It would be great if there were more evenings with entertainment, however the 2 events we attended were joyful and you could listen or dance a long to the singing or live instruments. We will definitely come back!!!"

"Warm welcome on arrival, excellent facilities, spotless clean well equipped apartment. All staff very pleasant and very friendly, breakfast was freshly made very very good ,great choices, served . Highly recommend this hotel It's on a quiet peninsula, gorgeous views of the bay , fantastic water taxi service available,10 mins via this service to Mao Not suitable for walking into Mao as it's a busy road , only negative point of this property Had a very pleasant relaxing two night stay and would definitely book again "

"A friendly and well run hotel. Room was comfortable, breakfast good, the grab and go complimentary food/drink (the green) a bonus as was the sauna and jacuzzi. "

"I wish someone had given an honest review of this house. I would not have booked. The outside are is great but inside was poor. The most important rooms were awful. The en suite to main bedroom has not been updated since the house was built -60 years? It was very tatty & smelt. The kitchen was the same, not replaced since the house was built. It had rotten windows sills inside, chipped paint, cracked electrical sockets and switches. In these two rooms the electrics also looked like they hadn’t been replaced since the house was built. It looked dangerous to me. The bed linen etc was clean as was the middle of the rooms but skirting boards, under beds etc were covered in dust and there were loads of long black hairs everywhere. We did not go barefoot in the house. There’s one new bathroom ( the one shown in photos ) lovely ! The bedrooms and sitting room are OK but dated and the sofa was stained. I cannot understand how anyone could rank this 9/10 or 10/10. I can only assume there are friends of the host. "

"Well appointed hotel with friendly staff. Included breakfast buffet had good choice of menu options, although some 'hot plate' dishes disappointed (not kept properly hot). Cooked to order eggs / omelettes was a good option however. Swimming pools were clean but quite small for any serious swimming."

"First stayed at this hotel in 2015 wh n I was a Resident Host for Saga Holidays. Since then I have stayed several times and have made many friends in local area. Thus stay was a trip down memory lane before the hotel changes management company. Fabulous location with easy transport links A living, working town so not over commercialised Million dollar view Great staff My home from home"

"Spleased with our stay. The pool is lovely, but there's no place to lounge, which was a little disappointing. My room needed better window shades because the outside motion detector light in the hotel would go off every time someone walked to their room, which would wake me up. Overall, very happy with our short stay. "
