"We spent a few days here with our two kids and it worked perfectly. First row on the beach — no road to cross, the kids were in the water within minutes of arrival. Cala Santanyí is exactly what you want with a family: small, sheltered, calm water, pine trees framing the bay. The apartment is well-equipped. Two double bedrooms, a proper kitchen, and a balcony with a sea view that made breakfast feel like an occasion. Waking up to that sound of the water was hard to beat. Would come back without hesitation. Make sure the heating regulation works in all rooms to avoid heating during high temperatures outside"

"We upgraded to the penthouse which had beautiful ocean views. The town of Cala Figuera was so lovely and the front desk provided amazing suggestions for which beaches to visit for our stay. The town itself felt more local than the others, with plenty of restaurants around. It’s a great affordable option for those looking for a place to stay."

"One of the worst places to ever make a booking. Completely inflexible, took our money and refused to refund us even a dollar even though we had a medical emergency and had given them significant advance notice. They have also made it a point not to respond to us or to Expedia because of our request for a refund when there was a real medical emergency and we couldn't travel. While we understand that the hotel has its own terms and conditions, this demonstrates a very clear basis to avoid places like this, and to book in places that are more flexible and customer-centric. We will never book in this place again and will likely tell all our friends not to either. Stay away!!!!"

"Beach bar was always noisy, they were playing music till late night. You could hear everything, not optimal to sleep. The hotel was very old, you could hear also everything from other guests. The breakfast was okay, not too much variety. Beach views were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, there are a lot of free spots 2-3 min away from hotel (public parking). There are not many restaurants there, without car is not practical. "

"Pros: Lots of comfortable rooms for us of all and a really lovely peaceful location. Great pool and seating area which provided lots of great fun. Some beauty beaches just 10 minutes from the property and a wonderful walk to Cala Figuera with some very good restaurants. Our favourite Es Port, staff and food fantastic. The owners were lovely and able to help with any queries. Cons: Kitchen a little outdated, well laid out but in need of a refresh, Wifi not the best if you have teens (!) and take mozzy spray some of us were not touched, others eaten alive."

"We checked in very late had a wonderful welcome with Marcelo ( sorry if I have your name wrong) very friendly and professional. After a long journey the hotel smelt sweet like a spa and the facilities were spotless. We had a wonderful room memory foam mattress and a great night sleep! We also like the decor very much Only stayed one night but was very impressed will definitely return 5 stars "
