"This was my first solo trip to Italy and my first to Vieste. Matteo and everyone at the hotel were very kind and nothing was too much trouble, said to give them a call if I needed any help, anytime. Location of the hotel was fantastic, right at the beach and a gentle stroll to town, such a lovely place, definitely must go again!"

"We had a nice stay here for 2 nights. The hotel itself is a little dated--right out of the 70s--but generally clean and well maintained. The staff were helpful and polite. Our room, like the hotel, was a little dated but fine overall, and had a small balcony. The included buffet breakfast was ample and good. "The room was clean and perfect. We had to wait the staff for checkin despite the fact that we gave the time of arrival. Also the price I paid included the breakfast but the host said it was not and did provide breakfast next morning. I provided him the booking receipt details showing that the breakfast included. I also reported this to expedia help desk same day, but I was told that they could not communicate with the host due to English barrier. "
