"Location great, ideal for busy areas with restaurants and bars, hotel could be doing with a slight upgrade in the rooms, getting a bit tired looking but overall good hotel, would stay again"

"Apartment was a good size for 2 adults and 2 kids (6 & 9). Windows kept the place nice and quiet and air-con was good. Clean and comfortable, quite dated in places, but fine for the few days we stayed. Lighting was poor, only really ambience lighting, so whilst being on shaded side was good for temperature, lighting was poor for evening (I have 20/20 vision). Given it was peak season, value was ok, but we felt the Cala Esmeralda, slightly cheaper looked and felt more modern and slightly better location and was actually cheaper at the time of booking. We booked Azul gardens off the slighting higher score and similar photos (8.6 vs 8.4). Azul garden had better towel/sun lounger discipline, but esmeralda had more and more variety of spaces and an adult on pool etc. I suspect Azul will carey out a refurb within the next 12-24months. On check in, everything was explained well. Annoyingly you get charged for some little magnet that "activates" your safe and which they charge you €4/night to use the safe. I paid the money, but also tried the safe without the magnet and ut worked fine. €4 per night and €1.75/day per towel were all gutters little charges on a €300 euro a night room... parking was fine and secure. We didn't eat at the hotel as we weren't really too hungry in the mornings and preferred to eat out at lunch and dinner in some of teh local places. Overall would recommend inturotwl for location and service, but would probably pick a more recently refurbed inturotel"

"Room was large and well equipped. Updated HVAC and very comfortable. The property location cannot be beat! Walk to all the Cala and action in town. Great for any traveler- families, girls trips, couples, etc.! Pool area was lovely and the breakfast included was a major plus!"

"From entering at reception to leaving today the Reception staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Extremely clean in every area, either by the pool or your room! Peaceful by the pool! Always plenty of sunbeds. Ignore complaints about the karaoke bar being super loud, it is but actually added to our entertainment when sat on the balcony at night with a cold drink! Inturotel Esmerelda is a hidden jewel! Can’t wait to come back!"
