I like this hotel bc is very near to restaurants and downtown. I did not like the strong Pinol desinfectante odor in the room. Poor plastic silverware and paper cups to use for breakfast. Reflective of poor quality service.

Did not like that the rooms they gve us were next to the hotel maintenance area. A large pile of garbage which included food stuff sat just outside our door. How anyon could think that was ok is beyond me.

Realmente mal y soy una persona que entiende lo que puedes obtener por lo que pagas, pero se pasaron, mi habitación estaba muy mal, pedí habitación sencilla y me dieron una con dos camas el cual no es problema pero ambas camas tenían las colchas muy sucias y las sábanas con cabellos largos (escogí la menos peor) se metieron dos cucharas por debajo de la puerta y lo bueno es que las vi y nunca salió el agua caliente de la regadera, como llegué tarde (a las 11 de la noche) me entregaron mi llave y a las 12 que regresé a recepción porque tenía que reportar los detalles en la habitación el personal en recepción ya no estaba y no había nadie, sobre el desayuno incluido no me animé a comer ahí, con lo anterior comentado ya no quise saber de más.

Lo único rescatable del hotel es su ubicación. Por lo demás es un hotel viejo, muy descuidado. Los baños no cuentan con ventana o extractor, por lo tanto toda la habitación huele a humedad. Tres días dos noches sin agua caliente, limpieza de la habitación insuficiente, las almohadas y el cojin decorativo tenían olor a sucio. El servicio de alimentos TERRIBLE, sería mejor que ni lo ofrecieran. Muy mala experiencia, no lo recomiendo y jamás volvería.

En el baño la regadera estaba tapada y en lo que uno se bañaba se junto el agua y salian cabellos de la coladera. El sanitario tambien estaba algo sucio. Pero en general estuvo bien.

Le falta mucha limpieza al hotel en general, la alberca estaba super sucia el área de la alberca muy deteriorada, llena de basura, el buffe qué ofrecen es terrible no hay variedad(solo hay Chilaquiles, huevo revuelto y frijoles) y me salió un inscecto en los Chilaquiles, NO ES UN HAMBIENTE FAMILIAR... Sinceramente NO LO RECOMIENDO
